TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises Clinicas Vericat
The clinic expands its presence in Madrid with its second center at calle Reina Victoria nº 7 in the Chamberí neighborhood.

has advised Clinicas Vericat in the lease of what will be its new training center in Madrid, with an approximate area of 1,400 m2c.

The local
It is a spectacular local in a Mudejar building that was the old Market of San Antonio de Padua and until recently occupied by the City of Madrid, with an excellent location next to the Glorieta de Cuatro Caminos and in front of a plot on property where a project of 443 homes called Residencial Metropolitan.
It is the second location of Clínicas Vericat in Madrid, the first one is located at 87 Velázquez Street in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, which will be used for specialized training for dentists directed by Dr. Alberto Vericat, an oral surgeon with 20 years of exclusive dedication to implantology.
The facilities
After 18 years of training professionals in the dental sector, Dr. Vericat will inaugurate this center, which is scheduled to open next October and will be equipped with the following technology:
- 10 state-of-the-art dental chairs.
- 2 training classrooms equipped with the latest teaching technology.
- Closed-circuit TV to follow live the interventions from different points of the training center.
- In-house radiodiagnostic service.
- Prosthetics laboratory integrated in the same facility
In addition, the students will have facilities created exclusively for them, such as changing rooms, office and rest areas.
It will be a state-of-the-art facility that will offer training at the highest level, with the objective of preparing the best professionals in the field of implantology, oral surgery and periodontics.
