TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises the Eurostone fundin the sale of the building located at Santa Engracia nº 65, in the emblematic Chamberí neighborhood of Madrid, inan “off market” transaction with the investment group Terralpa Investment.
The new owner of the building, which has 7 floors (ground + 5 + penthouse), plans to promote 20 luxury homes with an average size of 150 m2 approx., some of them with terraces, whose average prices will range between 500,000 and 1,000,000 €, amounts that are expected to be higher in the case of penthouses.
The project, which will have a total investment volume of around €20 million, has been carried out by Estudio Lamela, and will also include a garage, gymnasium, outdoor swimming pool and common room.
This is a new example of the strength of new residential developments in Madrid and, in particular, the great interest in the Chamberí district, which after Bº de Salamanca is the favorite of Latin American investors/buyers.
