The leading technology solutions company has chosen for its new headquarters the Amura building, owned by AEW, located in the Arroyo de la Vega Business Park in Alcobendas.
The consulting firm TC Gabinete Inmobiliario (TCGI) has advised Grupo Logalty, which will occupy a module on the 1st floor of the Amura Building, with a surface area of 907 m2. It is worth noting that this building has top-tier tenants such as RIA, GEA and RICOH.
The Amura building has the BREEAM Good sustainable construction certification, a certificate that guarantees more sustainable buildings, environmentally friendly construction and architecture, and also generates significant energy and cost savings for the tenant.
