TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises INCUS CAPITAL on the acquisition of a residential building in the center of Madrid.

The building, located at 69 Mesón de Paredes Street, has been acquired by the Madrid-based company as part of its investment line in living assets and will be used for mid-stay rentals.

The consulting firm TC Gabinete Inmobiliario (TCGI) has advised INCUS CAPITAL in the acquisition of a residential building located in Mesón de Paredes street in the heart of
center of Madrid.

The asset, built in 1890 and entirely rehabilitated in 2018, which has an area of approx. 1,500 m2. distributed over 5 floors s/r (Ground + 4) is confirmed.
for a total of 15 magnificent apartments, which the company plans to manage on a half-stay rental basis.
