The Mexican investment group Begrand and La Finca, together with Admara Capital, are betting on the Spanish residential market by purchasing the exclusive new residential building Padilla 66, located in Barrio Salamanca, one of the most emblematic residential areas of Madrid. The amount of the transaction (including the purchase of the building and construction) exceeds 25 million euros.
The structure of the building has an internal distribution of 25 luxury homes distributed in typologies of one, two, three and four bedrooms.
Regarding the prices of the future homes, they will cost between 600,000 and 3 million euros. Likewise, the price per square meter will range between 8,000 and 14,000 euros, with most of the units having a greenhouse inside that will bring more warmth and oxygen to the environment, being one of the great attractions of this development an inner courtyard of private block that will become an exclusive oasis of 290 square meters with large green areas and swimming pool.
