TCGI is aware of the importance of the privacy of personal data and therefore has implemented a data processing policy aimed at providing maximum security in the use and collection of such data, ensuring compliance with current regulations on the subject and configuring this policy as one of the basic pillars in the lines of action of the entity.

• In the event that you contact us by e-mail, we will collect your e-mail address and the personally identifiable information you provide, and the inquiry you are making.
• If you subscribe to the “TCGI News” Newsletter, you will be asked for the name and e-mail address where you wish to receive “TCGI News”.

If you want “TCGI News” you must fill in the application form. In all communications you receive (approx. 2 mailings/month) you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.

For what purpose do we use the data?

The purpose of the files is to respond to the query raised, or information requested, take into account the suggestions made by users of the Web and sending “TCGI News” in the case of users who subscribe, as well as the maintenance of data for statistical and historical purposes, internal to the Entity.

Will the data be communicated?

In order to carry out the treatments described above, your data will not be communicated to third parties.

How long will we treat your data? As long as they continue to be necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the company, or for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the company. TCGI and for as long as he/she does not object to their treatment, as well as until the statute of limitations on the actions that can be exercised against TCGI for services rendered.

What rights do I have?
