TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises the restaurant group Baldoria on the leasing of its new premises in Madrid

The Baldoria Group will open its third store, this time under the Beata Pasta banner, in the busy Calle de la Princesa nº11 in the heart of Madrid, which has an approximate surface area of 200 m2 and is scheduled to open by the end of the year.

The mission of the Baldoria group is to be able to create and develop a brand with several restaurants of different typologies, but following the same DNA, thanks to the added value, experience and know-how of its partners.

The philosophy that sets Baldoria apart from the rest is that they offer authentic, good quality food that makes the customer the protagonist, accompanied by live music and shows that animate mainly in the evenings, in addition to their attention and informal, but top quality service.

Their first restaurant is located in the exclusive office building owned by Colonial in José Ortega y Gasset 100 and now they are launching two new openings of the Beata Pasta brand, a concept with a tighter ticket and higher rotation, one located in Glorieta de Quevedo and the other one in Princesa 11.
