TC Gabinete Inmobiliario (TCGI) stars in the renegotiation and leasing of the exclusive AMURA office building, owned by AEW, located in Arroyo de la Vega (Alcobendas) after a year full of challenges for offices in peripheral areas.
We would especially highlight the lease of 6,500 m2 to Ria Money Transfer (Euronet Group), one of the largest leasing transactions in the sector in recent months, in which we have advised AEW.
In addition to this operation, we have also managed to occupy more than 3,000 m2 with the companies Logalty and OGOZA, S.L. Furthermore, we are in advanced negotiations with other potential tenants, which leads us to anticipate that they will occupy the rest of the currently available surface area.
Thanks to our advice, we have been able to significantly increase the value and repositioning of the asset. The investment made by AEW in the modernization of the building’s image and services has been key, especially in terms of sustainability, having obtained the prestigious BREEAM Very Good certification.
The success of this transaction reinforces our position as one of the most active consulting firms in the office space market in Madrid, backed by a track record of more than 25 years.
