La Finca / Corporate Acquisition

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised Procisa and Värde Partners in the acquisition by the latter of 39% of La Finca Global Assets.

The company being acquired by the American fund is dedicated to the property business and the operation of the office assets of the La Finca Group, which has 250,000 m2 distributed in six office complexes, including PE La Finca, a modern business park with 130,000 m2 of office space.² office complex with a total of 20 buildings, where top-level companies such as Microsoft, Accenture, Orange, AXN, Banco Santander and Maersk have their corporate headquarters.
