Advisory to Korean fund Kiwoon in the acquisition of Helios Business Park, the new HQ of ING Bank in Madrid, an office complex of 35.000 m2 and 770 parking spaces, located at Vía de los Poblados 1, within Campo de las Naciones area, in the northside of Madrid.

The Business Park Helios, was completed in 2019 and it received the highest sustainability rating under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system: “Platinum”.

The South Korean firms Kiwoom Securities and Inmark Asset Management had no presence in the Spanish market, and with this purchase they become the owners of one of the most relevant new buildings in the country today.
