TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised to the american fund Medical Properties Trust (MPT) in theacquisition process of the 45% of the Company owner of Sanchinarro and Torrelodones hospitals, which belong to HM Hospitales.

The investment volumen amounted to approx. 117 Mill. €

MPT is a real estate company with more than 6 Billion dollars in assets under managementlisted on the New York Stock Exchange.

HM Hospitales is one of the most important healthcare spanish operators with more than 41 centres in Spain.
