Mahou Calderón Project – Turn-key Residential Building

Advisory to the Fund Aberdeen Standard Pan European Residential Property Fund (“ASPER”) in the acquisition of a Turnkey Residential Proyect owned by Azora and located in the RC8 plot within the urban development Mahou Calderón in the first line of Madrid Río.

The Turnkey/Build to Rent (B2R) transaction implies the construction of a building with a residential surface area of 14.000 m2 approx. and a total of 160 households (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms), 225 parking spaces and 1.900 m2 approx. of retail surface area.

The investment volume amounted to 90 Mill. €.
