Alantra Partners HQ / Lease Transaction

The investment bank Alantra Partners decided to hire our advisory services in order to find its new corporate headquarters in Madrid.

After a long search process, during more than a year, in which all the alternatives available in the market that met the requirements set by the company were analyzed, finally the chosen asset was the Beatriz Building, located on Jose Street Ortega y Gasset 29, owned by the Vyosa company.

It is one of the best and most emblematic buildings in the Barrio de Salamanca, where important companies such as Baker & McKenzie, Bank of Tokyo, European Investment Bank or Grupo Arcano have their headquarters.

The leased surface was approx. 3.000 sqm .
