Land for sale in Sotogrande (Cádiz)

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised Acciona on the acquisition of a 14-hectare plot located in ‘Los Álamos’, Sotogrande (Cádiz), with a buildability of 34.760 m2.

This project will involve an investment of over 100 million euros for the construction of a hundred units with stunning sea views and a luxury hotel with 115 rooms.

The land has been acquired by Acciona for an amount of approximately 19 Mill. €.
