TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised to Eurostone fund in the sale of a building located at Vía Augusta 59 St. in Barcelona to the Real Estate Investment Company AEW.

The Turnkey/Build to Rent (B2R) transaction consist in the delivery of the former office building (16.700 m²) totally refurbished for residential use, it will comprise 91 households of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, 3 retail premises and 130 parking spaces.

The investment volume of the transaction amounted to 75 Mill. €.
