TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises the Acciona group in the sale of a land in the sale of a land of more than 14 hectares in Sotogrande.
This large-scale project will involve an investment of more than 100 million euros for the construction of more than 100 residences with breathtaking sea views, as well as a luxury hotel with 115 rooms.
This operation has been complex and has required a great deal of effort and patience on the part of all parties involved. Thanks to the professionalism and competence of all those involved, a successful closing has been achieved.
