Julius Baer Agencia de Valores, S.A. (a single-member company) needed to secure prestigious office space in one of the most iconic locations in Madrid’s financial district. The goal of the transaction was to find a space that met the company’s needs—both in terms of corporate image and functionality—in a well-established, top-tier setting.

TCGI facilitated the lease of 1,545.42 m² of office space on the second floor of the building located at Paseo de la Castellana 7, owned by SAMCA (Sociedad Anónima Minera Catalano-Aragonesa). The property’s location, right on the Castellana axis and in one of the capital’s most prestigious areas, offered Julius Baer a strategic site for conducting its business.

As a result, Julius Baer was able to establish its Madrid headquarters in highly prestigious offices, with a floor area tailored to its needs and in a building situated at one of the most recognizable addresses in the city’s prime office market.
