TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised AXA Investment Managers on the sale of five residential buildings located in Madrid, Barcelona and Valladolid. The assets formed part of the “Basoa” portfolio, with the overall transaction volume exceeding 30 Mill. €.

Following several months of intensive work by TC Gabinete Inmobiliario’s investment team, we successfully executed the sale of five buildings through three independent transactions: two buildings in Madrid (Arganzuela and Tetuán districts), two in Barcelona (within the iconic L’Eixample district), and one in Valladolid.

The portfolio comprised a total of 11,500 m2 of built area, 151 residential units and 234 parking spaces. The Barcelona assets were acquired by a Catalonia-based investment fund specialising in residential value-add opportunities. The Madrid assets were acquired by a national asset manager with a similar value-add investment strategy. The Valladolid building, comprising 88 residential units and 147 parking spaces, was acquired by a private investor for long-term rental operation.
