Gesvalt Sociedad de Tasación, S.A., a leading company in the field of valuation, consulting, and technical services, was in the process of searching for a new corporate headquarters in Madrid. The company had previously been based at 141 Paseo de la Castellana and needed to find a space that would allow it to remain in its familiar business environment while optimizing its occupancy costs.

As a result, a transaction satisfactory to both parties was finalized, allowing Gesvalt to relocate its headquarters to renovated offices strategically located in the business hub of the Castellana, while the property owner secured the property’s occupancy through a top-tier tenant with adequate guarantees for the development of the contractual relationship.
