Description
Avalon Properties, the management company for Ares, shared office space with Ares at Serrano 57 and was undergoing a period of growth that required its own headquarters with greater capacity and tailored to its new operational needs. The challenge was to find office space that would meet this need for expansion while maintaining good connectivity with Ares’ headquarters and the company’s main residential assets under management.
TCGI advised Avalon Properties on the search for and lease of a 1,025 m² office space in the building located at Ramírez de Arellano 15, in Madrid. The transaction focused on identifying a fully fit-out space that would significantly reduce fit-out costs and accelerate the relocation process, offering the company an efficient solution from both an economic and operational standpoint.
The property’s location, at the entrance to the A-2 highway, proved key for Avalon, as it offered quick access to both Ares’ headquarters at Serrano 57 and to a large portion of the residential assets managed in the Valdebebas area and the Corredor del Henares region. As a result, Avalon was able to establish itself in a standalone, functional, and fully operational office, aligned with its growth needs and strategically located for the conduct of its business.
