• In terms of volume, the acquisition of the Disney flagship store in Barcelona, located in Portal del Ángel, as well as the office building located in Juan de Austria (Madrid) and acquired by AEW.

• In the residential sector, TCGI has advised firms such as Terralpa, Catella and Tectum on the acquisition of residential buildings for rental purposes and land purchases.

• Among the most relevant build to rent transactions is the sale by Metrovacesa of a residential complex in Valencia with more than 200 homes acquired for 47 million euros by the AEW fund, one of the largest real estate asset managers in the world.
