TC Gabinete Inmobiliario positions itself as Leading Real Estate Advisor for Large Transactions in 2020
After a year full of challenges due to the pandemic, TC Gabinete Inmobiliario closed important investments, positioning itself as the Leading Real Estate Advisor for Large Transactions and as the only Independent Spanish Real Estate Consultant according to the latest ranking published by Brainsre News.
At year-end 2020, transactions advised totaled approximately €650 million, distributed in ten transactions in the office and residential categories, with the following projects standing out:
OFFICES:
Advising on the sale of the Helios business complex, the new headquarters of ING Bank in Madrid, to the Korean fund Kiwoon.

- Sale and purchase advisory services to the German fund AEW, one of the world’s largest real estate asset managers, in the acquisition from Metrovacesa of two of the world’s largest build-to-rent residential buildings with more than 200 homeslocated in the new “Nou Llevant” development, which is currently the most important area of urban transformation in the area.
