Sustainable design of the work environment
Sergio Rodríguez, Head of the Office Department at TC Gabinete Inmobiliario highlights the following:
“We are proud that multinational companies like Ofita place their trust in us. For TCGI, finding a space that suits the needs of our clients is relatively easy, because we are passionate about our work, and thanks to our extensive experience in the office sector, we can quickly present you with the best options on the market.
On the other hand, I would also like to highlight the increased demand for sustainable and healthy propertiesWe see the need to continue renewing our office park in this sense, not only because of the current pandemic situation, but also due to the economic benefits that this entails and the quality of the space they can provide to their workers.
There are still many buildings that do not have environmental certifications and we believe that in the very near future this will be a prerequisite for closing future leases.”

Workspaces accredited with environmental certifications.
With this new operation
TCGI
continues its trajectory as one of the most active consulting firms in the office leasing market.
