Nou Llevant, Palma de Mallorca Project – Turn-key Residential Building

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario once again advises AEW, one of the largest real estate asset managers in the world, in the acquisition of a turnkey project owned by Metrovacesa located in Nou Llevant, Palma de Mallorca, the most important urban transformation area of the Balearic capital.

This Turnkey / Build to Rent (B2R) operation includes the construction of two residential buildings that will have a total of 203 homes and is expected to be completed in 2023.
