Avda. America 115 / Offices

In this transaction, one of the most important in recent years in the office market, we advised London & Regional on the sale of Parque Empresarial AA115, owned by Solvia (Banco Sabadell), to London & Regional. in what has been one of the most important investments that the British company has made in our country to date.

The newly built business park, located at Avda. de América 115 in Madrid, had a surface area of approximately 50,000^m2 . distributed in a total of 5 buildings and more than 1,400 parking spaces.

We had previously been commissioned by Solvia to market the business park, during its construction phase, with a view to securing a lease with one or more tenants. It was finally the company Vodafone that in 2014 leased the entire park, bringing together all the headquarters that the company had in Madrid until then.

In 2015, the sale of the asset was closed with Vodafone with a single tenant and a long-term contract. The volume of the transaction was €117 million.
