Castellana 4 – Chambao

The previous tenant of the restaurant “Sin Sombrero” asked us to find a new tenant for this unique restaurant with 700 m2 on the ground floor, located on Paseo de la Castellana 4, on the first floor of a large office building owned by Catalana Occidente, in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood.

With our advice, the restaurant was transferred to the well-known and successful Rosa Negra group (Rosanegra Beach, Rosanegra Latin American Cuisine, TORA Contemporary Japanese Cuisine, Taboo Restaurant, Parole, among others) for a new concept of avant-garde, bohemian and elegant steak-house.
