A new concept of boutique gyms is consolidating in Madrid thanks to the advice of TC Gabinete Inmobiliario. Distrito Estudio chooses an open-plan space of 300 m² at the central 34 Conde Duque Street to open its fourth location in the capital.

The gym borders the busy streets of Princesa, Gran Vía, Fuencarral, Carranza, and Alberto Aguilera—an area that is in constant motion thanks to its cultural center filled with charming shops, cafés, and restaurants.
