TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised ARES Management on the sale of the residential building located at Doctor Castelló nº22, Madrid.

The U.S.-based group, through its Spanish subsidiary, relied on our market expertise and in-depth knowledge to assist with the disposal of one of its assets in the Spanish capital, located just a few metres from Retiro Park.

The 2.700 m2 building, comprising 32 residential units and 2 ground-floor retail units, was acquired by a Mexican investment fund.
