Enrique Larreta 10 – Asepeyo

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises on the lease of the office located at 10 Enrique Larreta Street, a space of approximately 3,500 m², to the occupational accident and professional illness mutual insurance company Asepeyo.

This is the third operation that TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has conducted in this property after the sale carried out with the current owner and its subsequent lease to the construction company OHL.

After OHL's departure, TC Gabinete Inmobiliario was once again entrusted with the exclusive commercialization, advising both the property owner and Asepeyo on the comprehensive refurbishment of the building, which was undertaken by the tenant at a cost of €5.5 million (façade, alteration of floor structures, etc.), achieving an agreement on a long-term contract that provided comfort to both the property owner and the tenant.
