Espronceda 32 / Luxury Residences

Advising the Eurostone fund in the purchase of the building located in C/ Espronceda 32, Madrid.

The building, the historic headquarters of Agencia EFE, had a s/r surface area of 10,800^m2. and more than 100 parking spaces.

The building was acquired for its integral rehabilitation and development of a luxury residential development, whose project will be carried out by the prestigious architecture firm Estudio Lamela and will include homes and duplexes with up to 4 bedrooms, a commercial area of 1,700 m² and 230 parking spaces.

The investment volume of the operation amounted to €32.5 million.
