Espronceda 34 – MO de Movimiento

Commercialization of the unique premises located in Espronceda 34 (former Espronceda cinema) totally refurbished for the implementation of a restaurant with a large covered terrace of 500 m2.

The premises had a total area of 1,068 m2.

With our advice, an agreement was reached with the entrepreneur Javier Antequera, founder of the restaurant group “Lateral”, for the creation of his new MO de Movimiento restaurant concept.
