TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised the seller in the sale of the building located at C/ Génova 7 in Madrid.

The building, constructed at the beginning of the last century, consists of 7 floors above ground and one floor below ground with a total area of 6,088^m2.

The building was acquired for its complete rehabilitation and development of a luxury residential development on the upper floors and the creation of commercial premises on the first floor and a garage in the basement.

The project will involve a total investment of more than €29 million.
