The owner of the building located at 29 Goya Street in Madrid hired our services for its marketing and sale after having acquired and fully rehabilitated it.

The building, which maintained its unique façade because it was protected, had a s/r area of approximately 6,200^m2. and 80 parking spaces.
The building was completely vacant except for the commercial area occupied by the Cortefiel group.

Thanks to our management and advice, the building was sold to the company Hnos. Revilla, owner of some of the most representative office buildings in the capital, who continued to rely on our advice and entrusted us with the commercialization for rent of the available office space, approximately 5,000^m2. that were occupied in less than a year.

The transaction was closed for an amount of 27 Mill. € approx.
