After advising on the sale of the building in 2015, which ended with its acquisition by AXA RE, the latter gave us the co-exclusive assignment for the commercialization of the commercial area of the building (1,600 m2 approx.) which included, among others, the unique space of the emblematic Rex Cinema.

With our marketing advice, during the urban development regularization phase, which resulted in 2 commercial premises, lease agreements were reached with the fashion brand Urban Outfitters and the restaurant group LaMafia.
