The owner of this emblematic building hired our services to carry out the sale of its more than 7,500 m2 of surfaces destined for hotel and commercial use, which were valued at that time at approximately 28 million euros.

As a first step, an urban planning process was initiated in order to expand the commercial area of the building, of extraordinary value in this area, and we launched a “regulated sale process” in order to maximize the potential benefit of the operation and materialize the sale of the asset within a maximum period of 3 months.

The marketing was a resounding success, as not only was the sale of the asset completed on time, but also a sale price of around 42 million euros was achieved. €.
