HM Hospitales Group / Hospitals

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised the North American fund Medical Properties Trust (MPT) in the purchase of 45% of the company that owns the hospitals located in Sanchinarro and Torrelodones of the HM Hospitales group.

The investment volume amounted to approx. 117 Mill. €.

MPT is a company with assets of more than US$6 billion and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

HM Hospitales is one of the most important private healthcare groups in Spain, with 41 centers throughout the country.
