TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised AKM on the sale to AEW of an office building to be refurbished, located in 22@, one of the most important business districts in Barcelona.

The building has a constructed area of approximately 8,500 sqm above ground, along with 24 parking spaces and 140 sqm of storage space in the basement.

The ground floor was leased to the Generalitat of Catalonia, while the rest of the building was vacant.

AEW’s objective was to refurbish the building in order to reposition it in the market.
