The first has a surface area of 11,000^m2 and is located at Avda. de la Industria nº49 in Alcobendas (Madrid). The second building, with a surface area of 6,000^m2, is located in the municipality of Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville).

The total volume of the operation was €22 million.
