TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised the brand Labienhecha on the leasing of their second retail outlet in Madrid, located at Calle León 22, right in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras. This is the second store opened in Madrid adding to the existing location at Calle Hernán Cortés 16.

Labienhecha is a brand specialized in sustainable handbags made from recycled fabrics. Their production model is based on ethical and locally sourced manufacturing, carried out in their own women-led workshop in Málaga. Under the leadership of Irene Hernández, the company promotes a responsible approach to the environment with a strong commitment to female entrepreneurship.
