We advised on the sale for profitability of the building located at 51 Llano Castellano Street, headquarters of the Cortefiel Group in Madrid.

The building owned by the Socimi GMP, owned by the Montoro family and the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, was acquired with our advice by Azora, a company specialized in real estate investment and asset management with a portfolio of more than 4,500 million euros in assets, which manages, among others, the real estate portfolios of funds and assets such as George Soros, Goldman Sachs or Bank of Montreal.

The building, occupied by Grupo Cortefiel since 1995, has a total area of 23,000 m2 and 145 parking spaces.
