TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advised Árima on the sale of an office space and 24 parking spaces, fully leased, which form part of a standalone building constructed in 1968.

The office space is located on the 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th floors, all of which (except the 6th) had been fully refurbished.

In total, the floors had a combined surface area of 4,025 sqm, and all were leased to top-tier tenants.
