PKF Attest occupied approximately 3,000 m² of space, spread across several unconnected floors, in a building located at 81 Orense Street in Madrid, within the city’s secondary office district. The challenge facing the company was to find a new, more modern, efficient, and prestigious headquarters that would allow it to expand its floor space while optimizing the organization of its workspaces.

Following an exhaustive market analysis and several months of work, TCGI advised PKF Attest on the lease of 3,700 m² of office space on a single floor in the building located at 280 Paseo de la Castellana, a fully renovated property with LEED Gold certification owned by MERLIN Properties.

Thanks to our extensive market knowledge, we identified the ideal space for PKF Attest: a modern, flexible, and efficient office that allowed the company not only to expand the size of its headquarters but also to maximize the use of space by concentrating the entire area on a single floor, thereby improving operational efficiency and enhancing the prestige of its headquarters in Spain.
