We advised on the sale of the building located at 101 Pº de la Habana in Madrid, owned by the tobacco company Philip Morris.

The multinational bought the building in 2013 and occupied it, after its comprehensive refurbishment until 2018.

The office building is located in one of the best areas of the capital, next to the central business area (Pº de la Castellana axis).

It enjoys great singularity as it is an independent and free-standing building, with private parking and a large practicable terrace on the roof of the building.

It has an area of approximately 3,000 m2. and has 72 parking spaces.
