Portfolio Build to Rent AVALON – Residential Plan Vive Madrid

Advising Avalon Properties in the off market purchase of 300 BTR homes as part of the VIVE Plan developed by the Community of Madrid, where Avalon will invest more than €60 million, the largest turnkey rental housing project to date.

The socimi owned by the American management company ARES, continues its commitment to Spain in the residential rental sector and, with the advice of TC Gabinete inmobiliario, expands its portfolio with 300 new rental housing units by acquiring 5 BTR residential projects in the PAU of Vallecas. The operation has been formalized in forward funding format with the Amenabar Group, which will be in charge of developing the different projects for Avalon.
