Description
Following the acquisition of the “Triángulo Princesa” complex, the Canadian fund Brookfield launched a refurbishment and repositioning process, which began with an agreement with the prestigious U.S. hotel chain Marriott, to operate the entire hotel component of the asset.
For the repositioning of the more than 2.000 m² of retail space within the complex and the search for new operators, Brookfield relied on our experience and proposed us to assist them with the negotiations of existing tenant exits and the search of new operators better aligned with the new concept of the project.
After several months of intensive work, we successfully negotiated the exit of tenants such as Holiday Gym, Smith, and Bricor, which had occupied the retail space for many years, and replaced them with new operators that were more aligned with the new positioning of the complex, including the Japanese fashion brand UNIQLO (1.700 m²) and the restaurant group LA MAFIA (400 m²).
