Reina Victoria – Vericat

TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises Clínicas Vericat on the lease of a 1,400 m² premises in Chamberí. The building housed the former San Antonio de Padua Market and was later occupied by the Madrid City Council.

The company chooses this space to establish its new training center, which includes two classrooms, an integrated prosthetics laboratory, and radiodiagnostic services.
