RIVERPARK – Plot RC8 – Mahou-Calderón Project

After having advised AZORA on the sale of the turnkey building in 2020, which was finally acquired by the Scottish fund Aberdeen, the latter gave us the exclusive assignment for the commercialization of the commercial surface of the building (2,000 m2 approx.) at 6 San Epifanio Street, within the new residential area Mahou-Calderón.

With our advice, before the completion of the building works, we reached an agreement for the lease of the entire commercial space to a single tenant: Sanitas.
