TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised the ARES Group on the sale of the residential building located at 24 Maldonado Street, Madrid.

The U.S.-based group, through its Spanish subsidiary, relied on our experience and market knowledge to assist in the divestment of one of its non-strategic assets in the Spanish capital, located in the heart of the Salamanca district.

The building was originally acquired by the group in 2019 with our advice and, after extensive repositioning work, the owner decided to proceed with its divestment, once again trusting our specialized advisory services for this type of transactions.

The property comprises slightly over 1.700 m² of built area, distributed across 14 residential units, which, following its repositioning, started to operate under a mid-term rental model before it was acquired by a private investor.
