The northamerican group, through its Spanish subsidiary, has relied on our market expertise and in-depth knowledge to assist with the disposal of one of its assets in the Spanish capital, located in the heart of Madrid’s city centre.

The 1.950 m² building, comprising 25 residential units and 6 ground-floor retail premises, was acquired by a Mexican investment fund.
