Tucuman Building – Repsol

It is a 6,500 m² building that, since its construction more than 15 years ago, has been leased on two occasions, all of them with the participation of our company.

The first was in 2005, after having advised Grupo Bigeco, the developer and constructor of the current building, on the purchase of the land, when the latter entrusted us with the exclusive marketing of the 5,000 m² of office space and 1,500 m² of commercial space that the building would have once its construction was completed. The marketing was a resounding success, as the entire building was leased before the construction work was completed. The office space was leased in its entirety to Repsol YPF and the commercial space, distributed in 3 stores, to Grupo Sigla, owner of several restaurant operators such as Grupo Vips, Ginos or The Wok.

In 2013 Repsol YPF communicated to the property its intention to leave the building to move into what is now its current corporate headquarters “Campus Repsol”. Given the success of the previous marketing, and in this case having changed the ownership of the building, we were again entrusted with the marketing of the 5,000 m² of office space that would be vacant in a few months. Once again, the marketing was a success and, coinciding with Repsol’s exit, the entire surface area was leased to the media group Aegis Media.
